Services

I work with my clients in many different ways. Three typical ways are:

Plan 1: Provide consulting services including any or all of the following:

• Technical consulting. Consult on invention development, identify improvements, help solve problems, and help generate new ideas.
• Business consulting. Help assess market and profitability potential.
• Patentability assessment. Conduct prior art searches and identify patentable subject matter.
• Patent application filing as appropriate. Conduct all phases of prosecution such as patent and publication searches, filing amendments, and information disclosure statements.
  

Plan 2: Provide periodic consulting on an "as needed" basis

Plan 3: File a patent application and prosecute the application only

I work with both US and foreign clients including travel as needed.
